For Payment(s) made on the website using Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account you can use your credit or debit card for the transaction. Collections can be paid for in cash on collection. Card payments are only available online.
Gift Cards are non refundable.
Shipping within the UK we use Royal Mail 48 Hour or for larger items Parcelforce 24 hour service which is fully tracked and insured to the full value of the item(s). Please inspect your goods upon arrival.
Shipping outside of the UK we use Royal Mail Fully tracked or for larger items ParcelForce Worldwide’s Global Priority or Express services which is fully tracked and insured to the full value of the item(s). Delivery times may vary. Customs delays are outside of our control and cannot be responsible for these delays. Other charges such as any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not accept any liability for those costs. We do not accept returns of items because these costs have not been met.

Our refund and returns policy extends to 14 days. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Once you have informed us that you would like to return your item you have 14 days to return the item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We cannot issue any refund until we receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
