For Payment(s) made on the website using Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account you can use your credit or debit card for the transaction. Collections can be paid for in cash on collection. Card payments are only available online.
Gift Cards are non refundable.
Shipping within the UK we use Royal Mail 48 Hour or for larger items Parcelforce 24 hour service which is fully tracked and insured to the full value of the item(s). Please inspect your goods upon arrival.
Shipping outside of the UK we use Royal Mail Fully tracked or for larger items ParcelForce Worldwide’s Global Priority or Express services which is fully tracked and insured to the full value of the item(s). Delivery times may vary. Customs delays are outside of our control. Other charges such as any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not accept any liability for those costs. We do not accept returns of items because these costs have not been met.
Please inspect your goods upon arrival.
Our refund and returns policy extends to 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the full value of the item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We cannot issue any refund until we receive your returned item.

To return your item, you should have already pre-arranged this with us, so we are able to process your return as swiftly as possible

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
